Our Aneve Hair policies allows us to ensure the day to day running of our salon supports both our staff and clients optimally. Our cancellation policies give our hairdressers a fair opportunity to fill your vacated spot. We hope you understand the importance of having these policies in place and appreciate the cooperation of our clients.

  • We require 36 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, failure to give 36 hours notice will result in a $50 charge.

  • Appointment confirmation text messages are sent out 2 days prior to your appointment, however it is best to make note of your appointment time and day upon booking. We appreciate as much notice as possible for cancellations and rescheduling.

  • If you need to make a change to your appointment outside of business hours you can do so by calling 56223008 and leaving a message on our answering machine, again 36 hours notice is required for cancellations and rescheduling, regardless of calling out of hours.

  • A deposit of $50 is required for new clients and appointments over 1 hour. Your deposit is not an extra charge, it is simply held on your account and taken off your final bill. 

  • Please be aware that the only way you would ever lose your deposit is if you cancel your scheduled appointment within 36hrs, don't show up for your appointment or are late to your appointment.

  • If you do not show up to your appointment a $50 fee will be charged and we will require full payment for all future bookings.

  • Please arrive to your colour appointment with clean hair. Colour takes best on clean hair, free of oil and products such as dry shampoo and temporary colour touch up products. 

  • If we need to wash your hair prior to colouring charges will apply and it may result in a shortened service due to time limitations.

  • Please arrive on time to your appointment. Being late may result in a shortened service or we may need to cancel your appointment, cancellation policy will then apply with a $50 charge.

  • Allow ample time to find car parking prior to your appointment.
